The son of a seamstress, he grew up surrounded by fabric, sewing machines and fashion magazines.

A product of nyc nightlife in the 80's, he is deeply influenced by pop artists such as Andy Warhol and Keith Haring. The works of photographers such as Helmut Newton and Francesco Scavullo. The music videos and imagery of recording artists such as Madonna and Grace Jones.

His introduction to the fashion world was as an assistant to then friend/mentor and then fashion director of interview magazine, Wilfredo Rosado. he distinctly remembers his very first assignment, shooting Kristen Mcmenamy for the cover of "Fame" magazine. he was never the same again.

After a decade long stint as a flight attendant, having lived in San Juan, South Beach, Rio De Janeiro and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, he decided to return "home". He returned to nyc and to his true passion.

As a fashion assistant he has worked on everything from editorials to advertising, runway shows to red carpet events, music videos to film.
